Paxar offers several
different types of maintenance agreements
designed to best fit the way your company
operates. We can come to you if you choose
one of our on-site agreements or your equipment
can be shipped to our Electronic Repair Center
in the case of depot agreements.
All on-site maintenance agreements provide
service coverage from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday
through Friday excluding national and Paxar
holidays. Depot service agreements require
the customer or end user to return the product
prepaid to Paxar and Paxar returns the product
prepaid UPS Ground.
Custom maintenance programs, tailored to
fit individual customer requirements, are
available on a custom quote basis.

On-Site Maintenance
Agreements
Premier
The Premier Maintenance Agreement is
available for all Monarch® brand printers
in which Monarch® brand supplies are used
exclusively. The purchase of this agreement
qualifies the printer for the Paxar Customer
Satisfaction Guarantee. This agreement provides
complete parts and labor coverage as required
including thermal printheads. This agreement
also provides coverage for damage, abuse and
ANY service required during the product's
stated life. Loss of the product is not covered
under this agreement. Paxar will maintain
an on-site spare printhead free of charge.
Paxar will provide priority response to service
requests. Paxar will also provide an on-site
hot swap spare printer (minimum of five or
more covered printers per site) and priority
response to service requests.
Preferred
The Preferred Maintenance Agreement
is available for all Monarch models in which
Monarch brand supplies are used exclusively.
The purchase of this agreement qualifies the
model for the Paxar Customer Satisfaction
Guarantee. This agreement provides complete
parts and labor coverage as required including
thermal printheads. This agreement does not
include damage or abuse.
Vantage
The Vantage Maintenance Agreement
provides all parts and labor required for
necessary repairs due to systems' failures
except thermal printheads. This agreement
does not include damage or abuse.
Depot
Maintenance Agreements
Premier Depot
The Premier Depot Maintenance Agreement is
available for all Monarch brand printers in
which Monarch brand supplies are used exclusively.
The purchase of this agreement qualifies the
printer for the Paxar Customer Satisfaction
Guarantee. This agreement provides complete
parts and labor coverage as required including
thermal printheads. This agreement also provides
coverage for damage, abuse and ANY service
required during the product's stated life.
Loss of the product is not covered under this
agreement. Paxar will provide priority depot
turnaround (same or next business day repairs)
for products covered by this agreement.

provides all parts and labor required for
necessary repairs due to systems' failures

does not include damage or abuse.
